I think it's East St. heading south of 28 has a huge concrete sliding wall to try to reroute the water coming down out of the mountains.Personally, I would probably not own in the immediate downtown area since that's really the worst of it.  

It's absolutely disgusting when people take advantage of a situation that is meant for the greater good...but I'd rather have 10 liars use a loophole to slide their pets in where they are not allowed than have 1 person...who legitimately needs an emotional support animal...to have hard a time finding a place to live with their animal.

If this place has the potential for such excellent cash on cash returns (potentially 24% if the rents are at market rate of 1500 per door) then what gives?

Also used the HP 12C long ago, but prefer the BAII.I have not used Excel but understand it's very good, my last cell row program was in the early 80's, my BAII was much faster and using my head.I have never used any BP calculators, haven't even checked them.
