Its clear you are now doing what you love as you definitely seem to have a passion for investing and maybe that will make all the difference going forward for you.

(I haven't been using video, but know I need to)  I also want to post about the local neighborhoods where we are building and highlight the businesses close by.

I usually do a video walk through of the home and upload it to Youtube so they can see most of what I can see.  

I belong to a Mastermind group, we meet twice a year in person for 3 days at a resort away from distractions.We also have a weekly scheduled phone call with one mastermind partner.I would like to start a virtual mastermind group & have regular online video conferences & utilized some of latest cool apps & technology. smiletime.com is a pretty cool free site for this.

It's non stop education that you can't learn from YouTube videos and the mentors are actually there to help you (volunteers, not getting paid).

Also I will be purchasing these properties remotely (from my location) relying solely on pictures and videos.

My goal is to be a REI and become financially free but mainly I have a passion to learn and don't know too much hence why I am here.

I do have quite a bit of knowledge on real estate because Im so passionate about it that i consume myself with books and podcasts.

We flipped homes for a few years then got into building homes up until 2007, then tried some other pursuits but we found real estate is our passion so we are jumping back in.
