What service provider are people using to become accredited.

I assume there are some gardener/pool service that you might be taking care of, or maybe not?

Long story short, three years later, I am now the GM overseeing a food service program in Holland, a 45 minute commute from where i live in Rockford. 

I would stay well clear of providing services to tenants.

Services Borrower did not shop for (Appraisal)= $875.00C.

Coming from a state with a limit on the amount property tax can be raised, I have a concern about property tax in Texas.

Put some fire under them, remember you are paying for a service they need to be on their toes at all times and have a great line of communication with you at all times.
