I want to work in the Essex county area (maplewood, west orange, millburn, etc) I have been working in the industry for about 7 months in NYC.

I'm not a complete novice in the real estate Industry with a couple of years as a real estate agent and I do have general knowledge of the process.

Also, befriend an investor-friendly agent who can give you good insight into your local market.The reason I'm now an agent is because I wanted to get as fully ingrained with the industry as possible.

Doesn't seem like you will be happy with hiring out jobs since everything seems high to you when it's industry standards so I would suggest doing it yourself.

I'm planning on talking about the opportunity (size of the market), my skills and why I would be able to bring a unique value to the industry and also how much I need and what I would do with it and how much money I think that I would make in the first year.
