Make sure you clarify what type of assistance animal you could be dealing with.If your tenant says they have a service animal rabbit (not possible, notice wording) then that is a red flag.

If the I am not satisfied with what I see or if the provider's walkthrough/pictures looks deceptively better than the contractor/assessor, then those are some pretty big red flags.
