The last deal I did involving a billboard, the advertising company took some poor old lady to the cleaners 20+ years ago and got her to grant them a perpetual easement for literal pennies.

So what if the young man/lady takes your recommendation of never considering college.

The lady downstairs has to take sleeping med to sleep, like many people do, and just didn't hear it because it was on the other end of her apartment. 

Only I am crazy enough to rip off the granite put on quartz, repaint builder grade cabs, add handles etc... on a house that no one has ever touched.HAHAHAHA.But what can I say, I am a wild child and I didn't like any of the houses in central FL (coming from selling my mega 4000 sq foot house in Southern Cali).....so just wanted to try a new build, rents here are double my mortgage or we can just sell in a few years (we do corporate moves and they basically cash us straight out no agent fees, closing costs, etc. and same on the other end when we buy a new home).

Update 3: The next door neighbor of my property called one of my friends last night (while we were friendly to each other, I didn't bother to give the neighbor my contact info -- my bad and learned) to let him know my rental property's garage door was wild open, some food and furniture inside and a "free to take" sign outside.

However, Marion county's is very clunky in that you can't do wild card searches, have to enter exact spellings/notation/grammar etc and cannot retrieve the documents for free.  

I had to triple check it because it didn't sound right but Alabama outside most city limits is really like a wild west.

Evaluating a multi-family project based solely on cash flow is taking a wild stab in the dark.
