Some outlets have a hole in the back, so you can just strip the wire and shove it straight into the hole, where a small spring clip retains it. 

Would love to hear if anyone has had success with Air BNB as well!

You may not find that out until later.If I were a pilot, I'd be looking to be the best pilot possible, but if I'm put on a defective plane and find that out in the air, I'm going to want to have a trustworthy parachute

I live in the resort town of Steamboat Springs, CO.  

Most to the lenders I've called around to - spring valley bank, and a few others - require that I live in the tri-state area.My DTI is a lil wonkey because I'm showing a cpl of mortgages on my CR that are homes in ATL that I'm rehabbing. 

But then we turned on the air conditioner. 

If I could afford it I would also hire out the property management of the other 3 to GOOD PM, so that I didn't have the tenants feeling they could just come down and air their grievances for dinner, plus a great PM is worth their weight in gold.

I think the central air control is only one too.

Probably this 2-1 will comp for $475 next spring and then I can sell it for $450K putting serious cash in my pocket from off market internet leads!!
