I want the freedom to leave the daily grind and focus on my entrepreneurial endeavors.If there's anyone in this huge community that has any advice for a first-time buyer with big-time goals, please don't hesitate to give it!

In my mind the freedom of information ( internet)  the HOW to class's  ( guru's  selling how to )and then Soup D Jour all of these add up to legions of people coming into different RE niche's heretofore were not the province of more of what I call the individual investor.. be them a successful business owner looking to do something new.. high wage earner looking for diversification etc.

I have no intention of quitting my day job, but I like the idea of being able to have the back stop and freedom.

The longer the house is not being rented is a drain on you and not getting you down the road to financial freedom

This allowed me to purchase a 9 unit apartment building here locally in Berwyn, which has been a huge part of my success on my own journey towards financial freedom!

Real estate, can give us financial freedom, but I know what it's like not to have anything, and have many of life's challenges be thrown at you.

I am  seeing tons of new investors from all over the place coming into the market place all in search for the lifestyle of their dreams and mainly FREEDOM and see many investors that get stuck in the grind only to be overwhelmed with information and not taking action. 

I have a job (Just Over Broke ...lol) and I am looking to build some real wealth and freedom for myself and my husband. 

I want to create FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

Later I found out he had this freedom through RE.While that did start to get the wheels turning (didn’t really have any direction), it wasn’t until my (first one with the wife), 3rd property (first investment was in Guam where I learned that negative cash flow is no good, 2nd property was a townhouse), where we lived in one unit and rented out the other, did I realize how awesome passive income is!
