Although wholesaling is not illegal where I live, and in no way was I shady or hiding anything in my letter; Just basically "We Buy Houses, I have investors who want to buy your house, cash, AS-IS, at a fair price."

I Need an advice where I live theres a house that is owned by HSBC, the county records showed them out of IL in live inAL , they owned the house since 2009. my question is when they usually put in on my the market after they took over? 

-We have waited a few days to see properties that were supposed to go "live" to call a few days later to find its off the market already!

Live in the main house and rent out the apartment above the garage.

We're house hacking, living in one unit and renting out the other.

The toilet tank in the condo unit overflowed and water went under the bamboo flooring into the bedroom, the kitchen, and the dining/living area.  

The one thing we all have in common is that our working vehicles are all well-worn and do not proclaim to our tenants or the rest of the small communities we work and live in that we are making money at this.
