Are commissions, buyer closing costs, abstracting and title fees normally considered valid selling expenses?

Once the closing date has arrived, and everything is in order, you get a closing statement, escrow disburses funds and records the new warranty deed saying you now own the property and the seller gives you the keys.

The issue of future rent payments would have been addressed in the contract -- if not the October and beyond funds are absolutely the buyer's, according to principles of equity -- and are surely recoverable after closing if sent to the seller.I understand your point and it’s valid however  you know how these things go

The burden of proving otherwise is on the landlord if the eviction or increase of obligations or decrease of services occurs within 90 days after filing the complaint.No, a non-renewal is not considered an eviction in Minneapolis, but it can be considered a retaliation against a valid complaint and our courts are very tenant friendly.

Hey @Linda Weiner,I just left Denver,Colorado where its legal there and I was talking with people that has been living in Denver for a while and every single one of them credits "weed" to their expansion I think they have a valid argument.
