When Analyzing what would be your top few “Key Indicators” that you Focus on in the Data Trends??

I’m crunching numbers and have airdna data for the area and when I put in the address and property stats their model spit out that my occupancy would likely only be about 56% which seems really low.

You would have to stipulate that the tenant would pay any excess from the utility like the "reasonable use" clauses in mobile data usage.

The data I have is more about the owners themselves if that makes sense?

But the owner is still listed under their name (pulling this data off of a site).

Unaccepted usually means the data entry such as SsN or something else isnt correctly entered.

The amount of data you can get varies by county, but usually you get get the owner and their address and tax information as well as the last sale date and cost. 

While we are probably at least 6-12 months out, we think that a more high-volume way to aggregate data might be to anonymously collect data from calculator reports.

Even if you're basing your decision off of financial data you have found, it may appear like discrimination if you haven't processed their application.
