Finally after 3 years trying to find a lender that do loans in properties below 100k last week I connected with a lender that do loans for fix & flips and convert those loans in longer terms for rentals.

Stop thinking that the seller's asking price is final and there's nothing you can do.It's all about the motivation.

The property is almost ready for the market, but there are a few final details to wrap up.The main holdup right now is that a few window seals are broken.

While it may seem like a small election, a roadblock to progress and prosperity has been removed.Now an investor, a homeowner, or a resident  can come to Housing Court and finally be treated with dignity, respect,  and equality before the law.

I finally found a property that will cashflow, im in the middle of getting multiple quotes for the rehab work that needs to be done.
