I've seen some crazy designs, like floral wallpaper with neon signs that okay, may not be my style, but they are eye-catching.

For winter rentals, strong photos, clear descriptions, and maybe a small move-in incentive can make a big difference.

one cant see it in the photos but this location is subject to the BAR review and approval process so there is certain methods and materials that need to be incorporated into the build that make the cost higher..
