I would stay away from Burger Kings as the brand and sales are fading.  

With Food Stamps you could not buy junk food and beer.Before that, poor people could visit a state run facility where they could pick up cheese,  milk, eggs, flour, bread, meat, peanut butter, potatoes, fruit, produce etc that the government bought as excess products.

Lots of mac & cheese in those days.

But I will say that we recently stayed at a place where the host lived in the same building and she provided breakfast items like bagels, cream cheese, yogurt and juice, which was very appreciated  and definitely will add to our desire to book with them again.

McDonald's will not sell you a cheeseburger for gold.

Business travelers want to maximize their points, have a beer and burger in the hotel bar, and leave in the morning without worrying about check out duties. 

Would you suggest he should he spend four years at a college with the slim chance that might turn into working a company job, competing with H1B applicants for employment, to eventually 20 years later of saving to maybe flip burgers at his own establishment in competition with Mcdonalds? 

Get 3 part time jobs stocking shelves at the hardware store and flipping burgers?

I'm in Lou, hit me up, we can get some cheeseburgers. 

I also worry that if you stage with too much food stuff, guests are going to expect a cheese board, croissant, and wine waiting for them at checkin ;)
