Have successfully removed/eliminated all rats via bait stations then removed all cabinetry, baseboards, and drywall to 40 inches to expose studs and baseplates for spraying, and remove corpses (30+).

I had one were we did not get to it for a while 6 months or so it was just boarded up.. when i went to sell it wholesalers were going through it said it smelled bad.. one of them finally went down to the basement and found a corpse that had been for quite a while. scared the heck out of him..

I know what lenders will write a pre-approval letter for a corpse.  

Cops patrolled the red-light districts but by and large anything went, and someone came by to pick up the corpses.

When you say "cleaner" do you mean someone to clean up between occupancies or someone to remove a corpse and clean up the evidence? 

Finding a BIC that is going to mentor you is like looking for Jimmy Hoffa's corpse.  

You should know what lenders can close the deal and which ones will write a preapproval for a corpse.
