These guys I think a blue tooth TV and head phones would solve most of the issue if it really is loud TV volume but if it is just regular TV they are going to complain about something else. 

From there, take that data and build out a marketing strategy, whether it be social media, advertising online, billboards, tv, radio, direct mail, email, etc....

Then the government fattens our kids up with junk food, corrupts their minds with junk TV.

Once paperwork is filed it's 7-10 days for a court date.

Having foreign investors for a fund is not fun - accounting / admin nightmare.
