Question for those doing direct mail.

I have been driving for dollars and mailing letters to houses that look empty.

You’re using 1975 marketing in 2025……The only reason mailers worked in the last 15 years were the number of elderly homeowners who still read their mail, had land lines,  and wrote paper checks.  

The only lead generation sources were directmail and MLS.

I'm considering trying out Prop Stream to try going direct to seller. 

I would suggest finding those who are doing direct mail to note owners and get assets they can't afford.

The most prevalent among them are cold calling, direct mail, cold texting, list pulling, etc.

- Would also like to do direct mail, and even text message campaigns.

I used to buy properties directly, now I only invest passively as a member of the co-investing club.
