Fishing for bone fish through the oceans of the world..

Anyone else just get sick of banks? This month I'm in the process of closing down a business and migrating banks and OH MY LORD has it been a huge pain in the butt. The bank I was with kept charging fees and what not ...

They are still on Facebook fishing for more victims. 

I'd be curious what the HOA dues are for these places because I know some of the Chicago condo fees are nuts and can completely blow up an investment/AirBnB deal!

Then I went out fishing for rockfish ( striped bass )  and we got 3 keepers .   

It truly is an outdoor paradise with hiking, fishing, hunting, climbing, and skiing potential all in one place.Here is what makes it interesting from an investing and development perspective.Affordability: Compared to other mountain towns, land and property are still extremely cheap.
