2) For similar no-pool, water/preserve homes, what weekly showing count tells you the price is “right” pre-season?

I've been investing for 10 years and have experience with long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals. 

I just had some done for $2500.00 with material/labor.

I'm bringing the $$, he's doing some labor himself and charging me nothing for labor.
