I'm an investor/agent with Candor Realty powered by Four Points Realty.

I'm a Licensed Broker in NC and I have my own Realty Agency, but I choose to be brokered by EXP Realty - as they allow me to be an investor without a lot of interference or demands.

One aids me with the Realty Agency side of the business; and the other with the Property Management tasks.
