Looking to shop my current landlord insurance policies 

Hi all,I'm doing a renovation on a building I purchased and I'm looking for ideas on how to navigate this issue.As pictured, in the bathroom there is a drop ceiling, and the height of the window (which is within the tub surround) is higher than the drop ceiling.  

The right one already knows which lenders are a fit, which shops play games, and which ones service loans well after closing.

Do they not price shop?

I'm wondering what the absolute cheapest insurance is available for residential Multifamily ? I'm wanting high deductible low as possible monthly payment. 

A broker can save you time by shopping multiple lenders at once and sometimes has access to wholesale rates you wouldn’t get directly.

How can I buy a small shopping center?

You need to do some mystery shopping and look at your competition.

our issues with windows are generally that they get scratched.. and we have to replace the glass.
