I've read that there are 1M+ more registered golfers since the Pandemic and the fastest growing demographics are 18-35 year olds and women.

Also I am looking to turn these properties into sober living homes for women that should  DBL rent output.

One growing guest demographic is...young, affluent global Fly Fishermen & Women.

Ohio State Center for Real Estate, Fisher Real Estate Society, Women in Real Estate.

We have a positive cash flow, and are really making a difference in the lives of these women and their kids. 

@Josh Reynolds I've offered 500 to local mailmen/women, UPS drivers and fed ex drivers . there the ones on the dead end streets and areas that aren't out in the open.

Hi Kim, I host a bimonthly Womens Real Estate Investor Meetup if you would ever be interested in joining.

I now support directly with time (we volunteer quite a bit for women/children and veteran causes) and support $ debt buy-offs like school lunches and medical debt and being the Quartermaster (treasurer) of my VFW post I get to help lead our local veteran relief efforts. 

The women have veered leftward but they will come around as they start to grow up, negotiate with their dating standards, and seriously start to want children.
