What is each “door” was losing money?

I am considering upgrading the exterior doors (7) to black fiberglass...Although, I'm unsure of what door brings the highest ROI?

@Raul Pedrozo Unfortunately I would drive there and post the three day notice on their door.

I wouldn't sell unless there was a driver to improve my position.

For Spanish Modern style on a budget, I’ve seen folks have good luck with solid-core wood doors from places like Builders Surplus or even secondhand architectural salvage shops—they sometimes carry high-end doors for way less.
