Despite submitting all required documents through their portal and again by email, I experienced significant delays.

I first review the sales and/or rent comps, next I review the property condition or get an estimated rehab budget, then I review any other costs such as eviction or liens, and finally I set myself a max offer price.

Working with a CPA experienced in real estate planning is key, especially if you’re looking to grow and scale.

I've done my due diligence (Estimated rehab budget, researched comps, reviewed the forums ;) and have a contractor lined up).I'm still super nervous and I'm sure that feeling does not leave but I'm just wondering if you experienced investors have and words of wisdom when the financial and anxiety levels are stretched!
