Anyone here doing mid-term rentals in the DeSoto or South Fort Worth areas?

Seems like they want to pay normal apt type rent, but do it short term/mid-term AND include utilities. 

This property had an amazing one-story layout that I loved, but, I may be biased, since I grew up in a similar mid-century modern style house.

However, to the point above, I assume there will be a surge of construction jobs and that may ramp up a need for STR and MTR.

I live in Raleigh NC and I am trying to get a pulse for the mid-term market here to make sure its a viable strategy for REI.

Even at that point you will have a "used house" meaning that you will have to repaint and all your new appliances and flooring will be slightly worn so you will be selling a "used" home like other owner occupants vs fully renovated and "new to the user" home that you are currently selling.

Majority are pointing to San Antonio for cash flow.
