She had no idea about rentals, but she was like a grandma from an oatmeal cookie commercial.

We actually keep a pantry pretty well stocked with basics:  tea, coffee, cleaning supplies & laundry stuff, cup of noodles, ramen, soup, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn, spices, bottled water, lemonade mix/crystal light, etc.  

Too many lumps in your oatmeal, dang right it's "THERE" fault.

I ate oatmeal 2-3 times a day and did not own a television set.  

He ate Ramen noodles and oatmeal every day.

I spent many a month trying to figure out new ways to enjoy ramen and oat meal because that was all I could afford.

. - my routine is wake up, shower, eat either 4 whole eggs or 6 egg whites (depending on how im feeling), 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon in it, and a small side of fruit.

Hate oatmeal to this day unless it's in a cookie. 

Just out of curiosity, you might want to find out if the tenant has been putting rice, pasta, noodles, oatmeal or any other starchy item down the drain (as in rinsing out their oatmeal pot every morning).

Consider supplying bottles of water, granola bars, individual packets of oatmeal.
