This puts you on the screens of people with a $900k maximum price, and is probably a price you would accept anyway, (assuming you would sell at your current price and kick in 3% ($27k) towards closing costs.It’s not going to help your odds or the traffic if August rolls around and people start thinking about school.

I think some schools only have about a 50% pass rate and some maybe 60%, so no need to waste money on application and background check if you can't pass the test.

In order for you to find information on school district, crime rates, neighborhood comparsions, etc, you will need to do extensive research or have an agent assist you on it.
