There is a lot of competition and many are very skilled marketers.Based on what you wrote you are more at the coaching end of the spectrum.

Love the idea of a person who understands homes and the trades at a deep level getting involved. 

They will pitch the level of effort but not commit to delivering anything better than a low cost agent willSo the actual heart of the issue is: do full service listing agents offer any value (and if so to whom?)
