Is this rate typical?

Could anyone share what the typical workmanship warranties are for subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, framers, concrete, and HVAC professionals, particularly in the southern U.S.? 

It is now worth $480,000.

As a financial planner myself, my opinion is biased, but I believe that the answer is yes, it's worth it. 

Would it be worth it for me to go from a 6.5% interest rate to a 6.87% rate if I could get 50k in cash out after all closing costs etc?

Tenant/turnover considerationsIf Unit 2’s tenant is month-to-month and local laws allow, it might be worth turning the unit so you can rehab and reset the rent.

Based on my anecdotal experience, it is not worth having.

What factors would make this a “still worth it” situation vs. a “run while you can” one?

Do they typically cover a lot more (like insurance, amenities, etc.)?
