Looking to make connections with other investors in Indianapolis
Hi - My husband and I are from and have been investing in California for the past 8 years, primarily buy and hold properties that are rented to long term tenants. We are now looking to transition our approach to out-of-state where we can make a bigger return on our investment. We are interested in Indianapolis and would love to connect with other investors in the area to learn what is/is not working there at this time. I'm also an attorney and willing to help out any way I can.
