Mobile Home park with a twist
Wanting to start a new version of a mobile home park, container home park. Container homes would be low investment with high return and a passive income. Wanting to find investors. Prefabricated container homes can be the future of affordable living. Any opinions and suggestions are welcome.
@Shawn Waschitz have you done this before? It can be extremely hard to get approval for projects like this
