Rehab Investor Friendly Contractors "masters in their market"
Hey BP
I was looking to see if there are any highly recommended (investor friendly) contractors in the Philly market who understand and can work with investors draw schedules. I typically raise a small kick off amount, most lenders won't fund the demolition. However, I need a contractor that knows Philly is conformable with rehabs and is self sufficient.
I would even be open to a partial partnering or offering a bonus depending on performance. Id really appreciate the help.

Every contractor you speak to will tell you they are investor friendly. It is up to you to do the proper due diligence, and ask the right questions.

Thanks @Eric Greenberg! @Nick Webb feel free to send me a message. We only work with investors and are investors ourselves. A large percentage of my personal deals have been done with hard money and most of our clients use hard money. In fact, @Jimmy Lynn can help you shop for the best hard money loans and get it all set up.
Ultimately, like @Eliott Elias said, every contractor will say they are investor friendly. Do your own due diligence to understand what they mean by that.
@Rich O'Neill thank you Rich I will be reaching out to you. thank you SO SO SO MUCH!
@Nick Webb Hey Nick! Did you find a contractor that suits your needs?
