New guy here but not to RE, Question…..

After about 40 years of RE investing we (wife and I) have become good at it.

Thank you for the info.

I'd like to ask a few questions maybe and give some input…some states allow you access (Maine) to the MLS, Texas does not. We have almost always just dealt with the listing agent (LA) on deals we have done (40+) or deal directly with the seller. My question, what is the best way to find out who the listing agent is ? on any given property ? I prefer to deal directly with the (LA), the one who pounds the sign in the ground so to speak. I personally don't need the services of a buyers agent but don't advocate that route for anyone else.

@Robert William there are many sources out there.  Propstream, Property Radar, Zillow, redfin, realtor, etc.  Other brokerages website as they must provide the name of the listing agent.
