Buy in cash like an owner occupant
Hello everybody! I'm planning to buy a home with no loan all in cash as an owner occupant, anybody knows if I require to live in the house for at least 12 months before to sell it? It's a freddie mac property, it wasn't in owner occupant bid only period!
