We are looking for a part time Real Estate Assistant in Columbus, Ohio
We hired our first assistant 3 months ago and unfortunately she resigned today to grow her own business.
We work only in the Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas.
We are a real estate investment company in Columbus Ohio. We vigorously market for unlisted properties, then we wholesale, wholetail, rehab and sell or buy and hold as rentals.
We are looking for a part time Real Estate Assistant who feels comfortable calling and talking to motivated sellers, visiting properties and taking pictures. This job is paid hourly as well as bonus on a per deal basis. We are currently closing 2-4 deals per month and we are always increasing our marketing which results in higher volume. Hours are flexible.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about real estate, who wants to learn real estate investing along the way and to grow with our company.
We would also like someone who is comfortable negotiating with people and preferably has some experience with real estate within the Columbus area!
