Hey guys wanting to invest in or near Kansas City Missouri and looking for a respectable amazing property manager. What’s your recommendations???

Hey, @Kenny Robbins ! I would recommend you make sure the PM is an expert in your specific area nd property type. Where is/are your property(ies) and what type are they - SFR, small multi? Apartments?

@Logan Freeman currently looking at sfr and multi family. Have approx 60k right now to invest and want to get the biggest bang for my buck. Hoping to find some 4plex

@Kenny Robbins Okay I think I understand now - you're looking for a property manager first, and then looking for deals - is that correct?

That puts you in the 250 range which would be lower asset class 4plex which might limit your prop mgmt options. Could be easy to self manage if it's got tenants in place.

Or you could get a nicer duplex with likely better quality tenant and maybe little cheaper. It'd be easier and likely better experience overall.

 Didnt think of this will have to consider. Starting from here in san diego so trying to build systems right now that can support it

 Yes that is correct. Because i am out of state looking to build the infastructure to house the deals. Getting the money not to much of an issue but the rehabbing and managing working solutions out
