Note investing strategy
Folks, could you recommend literature/podcasts on note investing? Like step by step guide for dummies. Thanks.
Dave Van Horn would be my guy to follow. He has a book published with BiggerPockets. I haven't read it (I'm a multifamily syndications investor) but I'm sure it's one of the best options out there.

Eddie speed has a program.. and so does @Scott Carson who many post about how good his info is.
this is one part of the business that spending money on Knowledge is recommended if not a necessity.
this is not typical BP hey dont pay for any training you get it all right here on BP for free..
Notes and you probably talking about NPN is a very complex transaction with a lot of Ins and outs per the dude..
Scott Carson's Note Blueprint is probably the closest thing to a step by step for dummies.
Be wary of expensive guru's who teach and sell you notes. Huge conflict of interest, especially if they are pooling inexperienced investors money without an exemption from federal securities laws. Donna Bauer has one of the best low cost education programs, $1500, as does Paper Source https://papersourceonline.com that is free and low cost.
