Where to find a investor?

Mike Curry

Hey there peeps! I was wondering where do you find investors. I just started out and am looking into my first deal. Found a nice place here where I am. Ran an analysis on the property and looking at about $500 a month cashflow. Was wondering if anyone has any tips on this or ideas to find investors.

@Mike Curry local real estate groups are your best bet. Both in person and on social media

@Mike Curry 100% agree with @Jason D., go to local meetups and see whose doing deals. Then ask other investors about them. Try to find an experienced investor to do business with when you start as it will be easier than doing it with a new investor.

Best of luck!

@Cameron Tope @Jason D. So when you go to them.. they'll just buy the property themself because you given them all the information. Or am i missing something?

There are a few good investor websites out there. You can pre screen investors and find one that you like.

More or less. I would also try to build a relationship with them in the process, which will allow for more friction-less transactions.

Best of luck!
