Hi All, anyone have lending options for Indiana? I am in contract on 12 units and 1 of the 2 properties is 9 units. So, will need to be commercial preferably I.O.  and a shorter timeframe would help.

Hey Dustin!

I know a couple commercial lenders in the north half of the state. Let me know if this aligns with what you're needing and I'd love to talk more about it!

Hey there, bridge financing is a good way to go on this! When is closing? Let me know what your experience has been like in Indiana.

@Dustyn Elkins

Sounds like you have some awesome properties in the works - I know of a few long term and short term options in Indiana.

Happy to be of assistance.

Thanks!

@Dustyn Elkins

That would make sense.  Acquire them, then split the 9-unit out to commercial separately when you refi.

Plenty of options out there once you split them up.

Cheers!
