Any suggestions? I am looking for 2nd lien HELOC and ability to use the same account to credit my salary and expenditure in Texas.

Curious have you run an analysis of the savings this provides compared to the amount of time it will take to?

Yes Chris. I did. for my loan of $533k, I will be able to pay off in 11 years instead of 30.
