How much higher are interest rates for Real Estate Investing?
I have heard that if I take out a loan to buy a piece of rental property, the interest rate is higher than if I was purchasing the home as my primary home. Is it 1% higher? Is it 0.5% higher? Just trying to be fully prepared. Thanks.
