Seeking financing for non backed fannie mae investment
I am having a hard time finding a lender that will work with me on purchasing a condo that is unfortunately structured as a condo tel. Does anyone know of a bank that will work with me on this?

@Chris Trafton Try reaching out to the local lenders and credit unions in that market. Not sure where the property is, but here in Myrtle Beach I have several lending partners that finance condotels regularly. Some broker it out, but some have in-house loan programs (portfolio loans) for condotels.
