Thank you for responding.I am currently with Bink property management LLC, owner was formerly DoyenneDetroit but splitted in November 2023.

I am experiencing ineffective communication, slow response and bad tracking system in the owner portal.

Your 2cent will be highly appreciated.

Bink doesn't appear to have a website yet, what owner portal system are they using?

We are very familiar with the Detroit market, managing almost 700 doors, with 92 S8.
