Commercial Lender in Alabama

I'm looking for a local, commercial lender who can lend on a number of

SFR investment properties in the state of Alabama. Currently under

contract on 5 homes (soon to be 6) split between Montgomery, Tuscaloosa,

Huntsville & Birmingham. Average loan amount per home is

~$130,000. Looking for someone who can lend to our LLC (excellent

credit & willing to sign PG) @ 80% LTV on a 25-30 year am schedule

(whatever loan product you want - 30 year fixed would be ideal but I

know those are hard to come by these days). Anyone who can help, or

give a referral, would be greatly appreciated!
