Should I list my property on Airbnb?(3mins away from an airport!)

I purchased my first rental property a little over a year ago in a great location for commuters. I am 1-3mins away from major highways and 3mins away from Newark Liberty International Airport. I am currently house hacking, but strongly considering listing my home on Airbnb. However, I wouldn't consider listing it until I move out. I don't want to hear or see strangers constantly coming in and out my house multiple times a day. Do you guys have any advice on suggestions?

The first thing you need to do is confirm your property is allowed to do short-term rentals (less than 30 days) by checking the zoning and HOA (if applicable). Then go to the "Short-Term and Vacation Rentals" forum and start learning from the people over there. It's a different game so learn how to market, accept reservations and payments, deal with the various problems, furnish the rental, pay taxes, register with the city/county, etc.
