Virtual Assistant to Deal with Tennant

Brand new tenant is complaining about everything. This is my second tenant. The house is fine they are just unreasonable people. The house is only 18 months old.

I was thinking of getting a new phone number and email address for them to send requests and all correspondence to so that perhaps they will be better if they think they are dealing with someone else. I thought there was a Google Assistant or something like that you can use? Thank you in advance.

Yes, set up a Google Voice account for free. You can set it to go directly to voicemail and then you will receive a notification on your phone and an email transcript of their message. Listen to it and decide when/how you want to respond. This is useful even if they have an emergency.
