Typically not using a lease in STR, focus mostly on a rental agreement which covers the use of the home and rules.

Yeah @Ricky Rangel. I think you want to post this in the Landlording section? Short Term Rentals don't use leases typically. Just rental agreements.

The above 3 posts are correct.  I just collect rent for the week when people move in, then repeat it a week later.  No lease is involved.  It is unenforceable.

Are you asking about adding an additional tenant to an existing lease? If so, you can do that with a simple addendum or even a hand-written note on the new lease. I recommend you screen them first and make sure they meet your criteria. You don't ever want to accept a renter and then let them move in an unknown person because that's how many renters will sneak in their sex-offender boyfriend or drug-dealing cousin.
