What are your thought on buying a new build for a rental property  Vs.  a house that has already been lived in? 

For context, this would be my 2nd rental property. I live in Austin but I would probably be looking within 60 miles of my house.

@Brian Kalinowski personally I will only buy properties that I can add value to. On new build properties really the only option I see is adding bedrooms by converting other finished square footage.
