Hello,

I recently closed on a second rental property and I am looking to be more organized to keep track of my cash flow . Ideally I am looking for an excel sheet to monitor my monthly rentals and any expenses (mortgage, tax, insurance ...etc).
I appreciatre if someone can share that with me.

Regards,

There are a lot of free programs out there, like Stessa. I'm not real familiar with Stessa, but I know there are programs designed to manage rentals (Innago, TenantCloud, RentTec Direct, etc) that are free or cheap to use and they can help track tenants, leases, expenses, maintenance, and more.
