Pest Control Question

Hello, I noticed some fire ants around the property so I called Orkin to check it out. I already am paying them for pest control, but they recommended sealing gaps in the home, installing a plastic barrier, and doing a termite chemical service. This was quoted for $9000. Is this reasonable and worth the cost?

I noticed a mole on my left shoulder. I went to the doctor to have it removed. During the visit, he recommended I start using a CPAP, take anti-depressants, and have a full-body cancer screening even though there's no history of cancer in my family.

I don't work with anyone that tries to up-sell me. $9,000 is ridiculous.
